Very comfortable stay, the room had everything we needed and was very quiet. The bus from Gatwick drops you almost outside and Horley train station is about 15 minutes walk. The staff are very helpful if you need an airport taxi. There is a great pub, the Six Bells only 10 minutes walk and other dining options in town, also walkable.

Brilliant short stay
The staff were very welcoming and the room and bathroom were incredibly clean, hats off to housekeeping. The corridors could do with some tlc but nothing to detract from the stay. The taxi service they recommended was fab too. I will definitely stay here again when flying from Gatwick.

5 minute drive but this was at 4am to the airport. Front rooms noisy, and number 5 was hot (however in the colder months this would be a bonus) when I arrived the windows of the room was open, so presume it’s like that. However turn radiator off and seems okish. Only thing - there needs to be an additional internal lock on the door for me a lone traveller having the one lock a key chain makes it feel safer. Parking is £8 and I was right outside in the car park so that was great. Location great. I used it purely to sleep before a holiday.

Sheets were dirty
There were hairs in the bed when I pulled the sheets back. I didn't feel comfortable resting in a dirty bed. Bathroom emitted heinous smell, like vomit that wasn't sufficiently sanitized. Luckily my stay was for a 7-hour layover so I just used the shower, sat in a chair and used wi-fi. My room was on the third floor and there was no elevator.
