The room was clean, quiet and comfortable and the above-bath shower was good. Lighting in the room was very dim though and the temperature control didn't seem to work. Our main complaint would be about service in the restaurant. Service was very slow and although staff were friendly, there were mistakes and omissions with the order, we had to ask for cutlery and it was hard to attract attention to get the bill. We had a 3 year-old with us who really needed to get to bed quickly after eating, so it was very frustrating.

Customer service was excellent. The staff really went the extra mile - nothing was too much trouble. Reception, bar and dining staff were superb. And a passing staff member from Finance saw me struggling with my suitcase and insisted on taking it to, and in, my car for me.
