Very nice. Dud ha a little trouble with Kerig coffee pot (full pot portion only) and downstairs toilet. TV was hard to navigate. Found the channel guide in the drawer right begore we left.

Classy Condo!
What a great condo and a great stay! Sheila provides everything that you need to be comfortable, and the location is so close to shopping and attractions. This is such a great place to call home when visiting Hot Springs. Can't wait to return!

Feels like home
Comfortable, cozy, clean and well stocked. It’s apparent that the owner is involved in maintaining this property because it’s not worn out and has the fine touches of a host that cares like good towels and sheets. We stayed mid October (off season/pool closed) and it was extremely quiet and peaceful. Lake views, pool view, easy access, short drive to everything from food to attractions. The only small downside is that the 2 bedrooms share the upstairs bathroom and are a thin wall apart. Hope it’s available when we return.

2nd time staying here. My brother and I have come the last 2 years for a golf trip. Cannot beat this place for the money. Close to everything. Any questions or concerns I’ve had were answered immediately by the owner. Hopefully we get this place again next year!

Softball Nationals
We stayed here for the week for our daughters softball National championship tournament and we absolutely loved it! Perfect location to easily get to both fields Majestic and Kimery and close to lots of different places to easily grab food on the go! The condo was super cute and literally the pool was right out back! We enjoyed our time here so much!

Very accurate description. Well stocked - home away from home. Clean. Great access to the pool. Both bedrooms are upstairs so if there's anyone that has difficulty with stairs, this may be a challenge. Otherwise, very nice place to stay.
