Bring your 4x4 or ATV to drive down or Park and enjoy a short walk down to the treehouse. Close to Magic Springs and the Off Road Vehicle Park and just minutes from downtown Hot Springs.

Pass this one by …
The tiny house itself was cute, however there were lots of bugs, back door didn’t close good so there was a constant draft. The well water smelled terrible and was rusty. No central air or heat, a small electric heater (fake fireplace) and a mini split, bed very uncomfortable. The house was held up on one stilt with two bottle jacks and random pieces of wood. Very unsafe. The road leading to house is steep and rocky and you must have a 4x4 to get in and out without issues.there is no oven or stove top. There is a toaster oven and a hot plate burner. No wifi, no tv. The scenery was beautiful.

Pretty good but…
The bed wasn’t comfortable & desperately needs to be upgraded. Those springs are worn out & LOUD!! Please get WiFi!!!!! It would have been a really big help because there is 0 cell service in this vicinity. The hot water decided to show up for a few showers but was almost non-existent. But overall this place was clean & seems well maintained. Just a few minor detail things could make this place even better!!

Awesome little cabin about a mile from off road park was able to drive our sxs to park with no hassle. 4x4 is recommended to access cabin. Can’t wait to go again would highly recommend and will book again

This was the prefect cabin for us! Very cozy and the patio was awesome. Even had the music on for us when we arrived. I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a small cabin in the woods.

Ringing in the new year
Great “tiny” retreat to reflect on yourself. Quiet, secluded, and just close enough to downtown to spend the day amongst all of the other friendly tourists walking the sidewalks.

When we first got to the cabin the bedding was as not very clean, but the owners drove 2 hours to bring us some clean bedding. I would go back.

Very relaxing & quiet. Road was a bit rough, rocky, & where we were told to park was too far for us to walk. Our 4x4 truck drove to the cabin. Small little tree house cabin was great for 2 of us.

Great get away
This cabin disconnects you from the craziness of life. Cute and quaint, it is a secluded paradise. You definitely need 4WD or an ATV to get to the cabin. We came in our Jeep Wrangler and it was no problem, but it would have been a problem with our big truck even though it's 4WD. This cabin is just what my husband and I needed for our anniversary. We drank coffee in the rocking chairs outside on the porch, that was the best. No TV and not much cell service. We disconnected from the world and refreshed ourselves. Fives stars for this cabin!

I did not read description throughly and did not bring an adequate vehicle to get in and out of property. Owner was very understanding and worked with us accordingly. She responded to all my questions and concerns quickly. Very clean and quaint.

4 wheel drive needed
First off this is a super cute cabin, my husband and Ioved it. The location is in the trees and super clean. We loved hearing the owls in the evening However for us it wasn't a total rest and relaxing, there's dog's close by that bark constantly, and with no wifi we couldn't drown out the noise. If you go make sure that you have 4 wheel drive, or you may not make it out.
