Outside features a beautiful area for DISC GOLF, FIRE PIT, SWINGS & AKORN GRILL

Pool Room: Located right off the laundry room behind a self closing door our indoor pool is heated up to a very nice and comfortable 82 degrees at no extra charge. Open 24 hours year round for your use. Pool filter and heat is on from 10AM-6PM. Pool room can also be heated but no air conditioner is available.
OUTDOOR SPACE
Covered Balcony right off the living room with outdoor seating and charcoal grill. We do not provide any charcoal. Relax with a cup of coffee or drink of your choice. Watch the birds feed on the bird feeders and squirrels play in the backyard. Take your drinks to the swings on the front lawn and relax. Start the fire pit with the starter wood we provide and enjoy the warmth from the fire. If you want, feel free to use the wagon to look for more woods on the property. Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house besides the owner's closet, supply closet, garage, basement, pool room supply closet and pool room equipment area

FOUR SEASONS POOL HOUSE
Our name says it all! With our heated indoor pool enjoy the pool no matter the season or weather outside! We heat the pool up to a very comfortable 85 degrees from 8AM-8PM at no extra charge. Even after the pool heater shuts off for the day, the water will still be warm and swimmable. Let us know if you prefer a different time for the pool to be heated. Pool Room can also heated but no air conditioning is available.
