With one king bed and a sofa with a queen pull-out bed, this rental offers plenty of space in a small package. The airy atmosphere is emphasized by the unit’s glass sliders and large windows, all of which offer a glimpse at the locale’s stunning views. The small kitchen offers guests cooking basics such as a coffeemaker, a microwave, and a two-burner cooktop while the living area has an armchair with a great view of the flatscreen TV.

While this rental is not lakefront, it sits just off the shores and features a beautiful lake view from the covered patio! Guests will enjoy the relaxing treat and are welcome to head down to the community’s boat dock for a day on the water. From walking right to the boat for a day on the water to hosting a cookout in the community pavilion, or even fishing straight off the dock, visitors will find enjoy every second of their stay.

Those ready for adventure will find the community’s location particularly enviable. Centrally located, it is easy to access casinos, restaurants, and national parks alike! Guests can even travel to an amusement park for some high-adrenaline rides.

Please note - prior to booking there is 21 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Non-Pet Friendly Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 penalty fee.

We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries, and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.
