Great views!
Stayed 6 nights and was very pleased! Easy access to beautiful downtown hot springs! Modernized rooms and loved the hardwoods over gross hotel carpeting! 😊

hotel is clean and nice but we didn't have enough towels and facial tissues in the room, this is a 2 bed room for 4 people, we only had 2 bath towels and the tissue box was just empty. It seemed since this was on Xmas day hotel might be understaffed so that such essential refills were not done properly.

I liked how it was right in downtown and easily accessible to shopping and event centers. The Breakfast buffet was good. I did not like how I had someone's hair all over my shower walls and a cracked shower wall. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was very loud there due to cheerleading competition. The coaches should have kept them more tamed.

We would definitely stay here again.
We spent one night to be nearby for the birth of a new grandson. We had our granddaughter with us. The staff was kind and attentive to her and the room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet was fantastic.

Mediocre hotel
So so hotel. Heat/ac in the room made a terrible noise. Hard to sleep. Room was ok but the shower was a little dirty and there were gaps in the flooring in the room. No one ever cleaned or made up our room so we had to ask for new towels. Nowhere to hang them in the room or bathroom to dry. They have a breakfast and I had high hopes for it but it wasn’t very good. Coffee was undrinkable. Eggs were powdered type so not good. Overall, disappointing. Location is nice and convenient. It’s not a terrible hotel but wouldn’t be my first choice on future stays in Hot Springs. I got a room there due to the ratings but think the ratings on hotels.com are too high. Employees were all nice so no issues there.

A Nice Stay
It was a nice stay. Location to the town was great, two blocks from the main street and lots things to do. Hotel was in good shape but its obvious it's in a transition period. Food was okay but not great. Room was clean, however, the TV service was spotty and may have worked about half the time we were in the room. Service was amazing as we were treated well by every member off the staff we had any interaction with.
