"The location is good, and the hotel is clean. The service at check-in was a bit lacking, for example, information about the sauna and spa was not provided. When asking about getting the room cooler (there is seemingly airconditioning), they just tell you to open the window. And it doesn't help much. No wifi in my room. After constant complaints after four days they finally fixed it. No apology. The tour companies send whatsapp messages late in the evening about nex't morning's tours, so I ended up several times getting a coat over my nightgown to get a connection elsewhere in the hotel. When we asked for directions the BunkArt bus stop (11) they gave us total opposite where the bus stop was. When I told about the noisy nighttime party in a neighboring room, they just stare at you. The cleaning lady was good and male waiter in the restaurant. The rest of the staff need serious training."

"Polite staff and a modern clean room. The bed was also very good. I did not like this urban area as much as Bllok, but it was ok. It was quite hot, about 30C, during my stay and the a/c was not good enough. My room was too warm. Another thing that I did not like was the bad drain smell in the bathroom, but otherwise the bathroom was good. It seems that I lost my euro coin purse during my stay, as I did not find it from my suitcase after the trip. Perhaps I have dropped it somewhere 😂."
