Custom built loft style home in beautiful West Stockbridge. You’ll love how the outdoors streams into the house with lots of light in the sunroom and cozy fireplace. Indoors you’ll find open and airy rooms, large windows looking over the treetops and outside you can unwind and enjoy nature.

The Space:
Perfect Eat-in kitchen, fully equipped with electric stove, large oven, coffee maker, keurig, toaster oven, electric kettle, instapot, blender, and a microwave. Also has a dishwasher and washing machine and dyer.

Plenty of dining space, six guests can fit at the dining table in the dining room and another four at the kitchen table. There is a pellet stove beside the dining table to help you feel warm & cozy. Guest must provide their own pellets.

Bed Layout:
Three perfect bedrooms each with a queen size bed
There are two twin-size beds in the loft

Two bathrooms available:
1st floor bathroom has a large standing shower
2nd floor bathroom off the master has a jacuzzi tub and separate standing shower

One stair leads to much of the house so may be a good fit for those with limited mobility. Once inside the house the kitchen, dining room, living room, sun room, child's room, 2 bedrooms and bathroom are on the main floor. One flight of stairs up is the loft and master bedroom.

There is electric baseboard heating and a pellet stove to keep you warm during the winter and a mini split in the living room to keep you cool during the summer.

Other amenities worth noting:
-Outdoor: two patio areas with plenty of seating and a dining table.
-High-speed WiFi throughout the house.
-TV located in the living room has a smart tv so you can log into your streaming apps
-Kitchen, dining room, loft and master bedroom have hardwood floors. Living room and sunroom have rugs. Two downstairs bedrooms have carpet.
-Cozy pellet burning stove in the living room. Guest must provide their own pellets.
-Large washer and dryer available
-Parking for up to three cars
-Bring your furry friends, two dogs are allowed. $50 per dog per stay. Dogs must be at least one year old, sorry no puppies!

The cost to repair any accidental and reported damage to the rented property including any missing or broken items up to a maximum of $800 will be covered at no charge to you as long the damage is reported to your Host before you depart.
