I got a room upgrade, which really was a downgrade. The bathroom was not clean & the sheets were stained. I did receive the food & drink credit, however the menu is has very limited selection. I requested a later checkout but was denied. However at check in the desk agent said i would be able to. Overall not a good experience.

Too much valet
The hotel was clean and very nice but having to pay almost $50 to valet park, which was required is a rip off. Because it was so much, the guys that did the parking didn't get a tip. I hope they got some of the $50 dollars I had to pay.

We were thrilled to get upgraded to a suite for our anniversary trip, but that isn’t swaying my rating. This is a beautiful hotel and has such sweet decorations and elegant details throughout. We will absolutely be back again :)

The guy at the front desk, a younger guy attempted to give me the wrong room knowing that I had a king one bedroom. He initially put me in a king suite however when I realized it I left the room went back downstairs showed him my online receipt and he still try to play as if he had no clue what I was talking about. Eventually I was placed in the correct room. Other than that all was well.

Staff was horrible and we were sold a wheelchair accessible room. It was not wheelchair accessible room and they refused to help us or get us a refund. They also require valet parking and charge over $50. The hotel staff was so unfriendly and uncaring. Their basic sentiment was deal with the room you got or go find a new hotel. If you need a wheelchair accessible room, DO NOT go here as you will not be accommodated.

It was a One night only for my GF birthday, and we enjoyed the luxury. Pleasant stay. The aroma of the Hotel smells so nice. I had to Google your Body Wash for purchase because the scent is Oh my God!!!!
