Staff at check-in were very friendly and helpful with suggestions for places to eat in the area. Room was clean and spacious. Booked for the proximity to NRG Stadium and walkable to the game.

Proximity to Texas Medical Center and restaurants were definitely a plus. There were two drawbacks: (1) No early checkout time around 6 am. Later checkout times requires me to break off from my medical appointments in the mid-morning in order to checkout, and (2) the single sink's stopper was damaged and caused water to stand while shaving. Otherwise, the facility is first rate.

Texans Game Stay

Two night stay to check out the Texans Game. Clean room and friendly staff. Walkable to NRG Stadium. We checked out the day of the game and he gave us a late checkout at no charge. It did cost an extra $40 to leave the car parked on the premises during the game since we did check out that day. Still cheaper than the $75 parking by the stadium. If you stay overnight on a game day you are allowed one parking pass per room. The area does seem a little sketchy, but there is a Jack in the Box right behind the hotel. Otherwise not much to walk around to.

Good stay

Hotel is exceptionally clean and staff very accommodating. Housekeeping is offered every day . Great hot water with good pressure. Bath linens were very nice, not thin and dingy. Hotel is in great proximity to NRG stadium and an easy walk. We were there with our son and family for the Kinder Bowl game. We stayed two nights. The only issue we had was room keys not working as we went from 2024 to 2025. Staff had to use a master key to open every single room. It is an older hotel but great care has been taken to keep it clean. Water and coffee were available outside of breakfast hours. We had no issues with vehicle security. I would stay there again.

I was very pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It is extremely clean and mostly in good repair. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The beds were comfortable. The water was hot and the room was spacious. It was an easy walk to NRG Stadium, which was a highlight for us since we were there for a game. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again if I go back for another football game.

Exceded our expectations!

It was perfect for our needs! Within walking distance of NRG Stadium. Rooms were very well cleaned. Even had room service clean the room which caught us off guard because si many other facilities only offer it when requested. Only 2 things and they are nothing serious. Elevator is extremely slow and the waffles arent in the shape of Texas! But you do have 2 flavors to choose from.

At least it was close to the stadium

I don’t ever leave bad reviews, but our room was very small and worn. We couldn’t see out our window very well because there was so much gunk on it. It definitely had an interesting smell in the room. There’s no counter space in the bathroom.
