Wrong person to rent from!
The experience was a negative. It never happened. I could not reach the property manager or host. It was to late to book another place. The customer service personnel also had no luck in communicating with the host. It was bad.

It was a very rough start. The young lady who met us was great and got us into the rental okay but once inside the smoke alarm was beeping and the young lady said she had already informed the owner about this. We waited for quite some time but this was too much and I was on the phone to a hotel when the VRBO host called to inform us that someone was coming to address this issue. I hung up on my other call but we were literally booking a hotel room at that point in time because of the noise. A few other communication issues were cleared up and we decided to stay. The unit is clean and the area is nice but it was a very, very rough start.
