Good but could have been better
Air conditioning was not working properly and the room got hot at night which made sleeping a bit difficult. Housekeeping missed servicing our room one day. Overall it was good but could have been better. We chose this property due to the proximity to the George R Brown Convention Center.

Property was above and beyond what I was expecting. Staff is very welcoming and friendly at all hours of the night. Breakfast was made to order fresh and quick. Stayed for a concert at Toyota Center and was just a block away made for easy concert experience. Will definitely be staying again

The condition of the property was good overall, but on the first night, the light bulb in the closet went out. Nothing major, but it was not replaced even when I let the concierge know. The faucets on the bar area and in the bathtub were loose, and the water was leaking. I had to tighten them to stop the leakage. Aside from these minor issues, the area was safe, quiet, and conveniently located next to the convention center. I would stay here again.

We stayed her so we could visit with my stepson, the process from check in to check out was seamless and easy. The room was super spacious and clean, the decor was beautiful and inviting. Wish we stayed longer to fully enjoy it. Only thing I would recommend is larger pillows but regardless we slept peacefully. The breakfast was great … thank you!

We were able to eat at an awesome restaurant at the hotel! Breakfast was super delicious and the kick back happy hour with snacks was even better! It was perfect being so close to the Toyota center, I was literally walking in heels. Highly recommend this hotel.

Good overall… valet needs help.
The only issue was that the valet service was understaffed and overwhelmed. It’s not the employees fault. They can only do what they can do, but I was unable to make it to where I needed to go before it closed due to the wait time.

Reserved 3 rooms with two queen beds on the same floor, but was only provided 2 rooms on the same floor. And 1 room only had 1 bed. Front desk staff was not friendly. Took an hour to get an extra blanket for the pullout bed.
