• Pet-Friendly: House-trained pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. Register your pets and clean up after them, especially in the backyard.
• No Parties/Large Gatherings: Only registered guests are allowed. Contact us if you have any queries or need clarification before booking.
• Additional Fees: From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies.
• Entertainment: Smart TVs with streaming apps are available. We'll sign out of your accounts if you forget to do so.
• No Indoor Smoking: A $500 fine applies for violations. Smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
• Pool and Hot Tub: The pool and hot tub are serviced twice a week. Pool lights out of service. The pool guy will enter using the backyard door.
NO HEATED POOL / KIDDIE POOL
• Landscaping: Is done once a week.
• Security Cameras: Two cameras are installed outside for security, no cameras inside.
• House Rule Violations: Can result in reservation cancellation, no refunds, and loss of deposit.
• Pest Control: Pest control service is monthly. Contact us if you encounter bugs. You might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified.
• Wifi: High-speed wifi is available; no cable.
