Room are hallway together. The restroom door for instance doesn’t close, the shower head is clogged and barely working. The ac unit doesn’t meet the proper temperature setting so it’s always hot at night

The inconvenience of having to park its and walk with everything all the way to the front entry access only. Elevator doesn’t work, the staff kids are always running in playing in the lobby running in your way etc.

Bed bugs, roaches, rude racist staff. Loitering by flagrant degenerates. No breakfast, smoking smell everywhere in a "non smoking hotel", and the still expected a deposit.

I did not stay the night I walked in and my room was a mess. I was not able to lock my door so I ran to the office and demanded a refund after only being there for 10 minutes. The lady refused and I left to find a safer place to stay

We had to go through 6-8 different rooms because there was mold on the walls stains on the carpet trash was never taken lot people were smoking cigarettes and weed and drinking there was roaches they had bad mildew smell there was cigarette buds everywhere the AC was broken, they wouldn’t give us our money back only the deposit even after we told them how bad all the rooms were even the hallways

We hated the property it was nasty & disgusting… the showers didn’t work, the A/C was broke. Switched rooms & there was roaches & the front of the A/C fell off. They also make you put up a deposit. We had booked through a 3rd party & didn’t have time to get a hotel. DO NOT STAY

Bad Hotel not fit for occupancy
This Motel should not be a part of the Hotels.com site. It is dirty trash overflowing, smells bad, elevator out of order, the pictures on the internet are not updated and completely false.
