The phones didn’t work, the pool was out of service the ice machine on the floor was did not work.

The property was cleaned and well kept. In my room neither television worked the entire 4days it was asked to be fixed and yet and still had no signal. The pool was out of order which was frustrating as that was one of the reasons i selected this hotel above others because it was extremely hot in the 100 degrees outside. Its a bit frustrating traveling with a little one and trying to find something to kept them entertain with at the hotel. So when you have amenities that should be available unavailable 😫. Staff was overall nice.
I specifically chose this location for the indoor pool. The pool was closed my entire stay. The room wasn’t thoroughly clean as there was a bar of soap left in the shower from previous guest. The deadbolt on the door wouldn’t lock unless you raised up on the handle with force. Landline didn’t work so I was unable to contact the front desk or housekeeping unless I went looking for them. The keycard kept deactivated twice to where I couldn’t enter my room and had to travel back downstairs for replacement with no explanation. The outer doors to the hotel didn’t work with the keycard so we had to walk around to the front to enter when we parked in the back. The complimentary breakfast was good.
The front desk girl was HORRIBLE! So incredibly rude like I was disturbing her personal phone call to check in. We were not giving the correct room but couldn’t do anything about it since they were full. I tried to tell her that our kitchen sink pipes were not connected so anything you dump down the drain just comes back out the bottom. She could not have cared less.
I wasn’t able to check In on Time I had a very important dinner to go to my daughters baby shower dinner her dad drove 18 hours to make it here he was very tired and weak from just getting over Covid. They didn’t have a room ready for me we was already pressing for time and on top of that I was told no wyfy or tv after I paid my money no refund. Didn’t know one stay in the room and need to know how to get my refund back
Stayed for one night and it was very good. Got to walk in and get into my room immediately didn’t need to have any contact with the front desk because your phone will have your key for your door. Overall, it was a good stay didn’t see any issues
The location was convenient to TOPPS Surgical Center. The hotel was decent and fairly clean. The breakfast was horrible. The milk was nasty, possibly spoiled, orange juice tasted spoiled, the sausage tasted wierd, the eggs and waffle were the only items that were goosld.
The elevator didn’t work/ ice machine didn’t work/ laundry didn’t work i checked for 5 day it was bad air conditioning was so slow the check in it was bad took almost one hour to give me a room
Area was extremely sketchy. Our parking spot had broken glass from a previous break in. Homeless walking around everywhere. Elevator was broken, barely any snacks stocked to purchase. Side tables in the room had sticky drink rings from previous stay. Mildew in several ceiling areas throughout hallway. Floors just looked dirty everywhere. Felt paranoid about our car the entire night. Will never stay here again.
In our first room, we had to stay in a dirty hotel room and they wouldn't even clean it.There was also no water pressure in the sink. We went to let the person at the counter know and she was rude about it and told us there were no other rooms available and no one to go and clean the room. No manager on site. Finally the next day we moved rooms and it was a little bit better but I can tell the sheets were not cleaned. We have not received any compensation or any apologies for their mistake and was told it's not their fault and that it was Hotels.com fault.
