Crackheads lined up outside hotel made a great impression when I drove in. There was a wedding party in the lobby who decided it would be a great idea to congregate in front of the check-in desk and block everyone else, while the staff were all friendly no one tried to move them along to create some order. It took me an hour to get to the desk just to be told my room wouldn't be ready for another 3 hours. When I did get my room there were some horrible features; the walls were paper thin and people were slamming doors, flushing toilets, and running down the hall all night. The room looks like it would have been really nice about 10 years ago but was not well maintained other than being clean. The toilet was not properly mounted and wobbled, the shower caulking was completely gone and it smelled like mold in the bathroom. The room was extremely humid and the AC struggled even though it was mid 60s outside. There was also a clear gap where the window had begun to separate from the wall and outside air was coming into the room. I will not be going back to this location.

The bathroom was in unsafe condition. The toilet was not secured to the floor. When you sit on the seat, the entire structure moved and lifted from the floor. Additionally, when booking the room on hotels.com, it stated a free rollaway bed would be an option, this was not the case. The hotel staff stated they don’t offer that option at all.
