The staff at hometown studios at 5959 guhn Rd. are especially skilled in bamboozling and overcharging customers who are misinformed on rates and policies. They use people's backgrounds and lack of knowledge to take advantage of them. A veteran can't even get any respect around there. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, ever.

My car stolen! Infestation of cockroaches. On your nightstsnd, kitchen, on your bed right by you and Inreresting crowd. Broken glass no matter which parking space you choose. No cleaning. She had 'many rooms' to clean. Slow computer, could not find my res. Leaking sink, missing bulbs.

We didn’t even end up staying because of the conditions. There was roaches and bed bugs all over the place. I wanted to know how I can start the process to get my money back.

This was the WORST extended stay hotel I've ever stayed at! The property looked nothing like the photos online and the area was very bad and felt unsafe. There were a lot a vagrants around the area and people soliciting in the parking lot. When I opened the door to my room, the intense mold smell almost choked me. Even the driver that dropped me off and helped me unload could smell the mold. The entire hotel had a terrible roach infestation! I killed over 30 roaches within the first few hours I was there. Since I paid in advance for my week stay, I had no choice but to stay there because my booking was non-refundable. The hotel refused any compensation. I had to keep using roach powder and spray, which impacted my health in addition to the intense mold infestation. I couldn't run the A/C unit because that's where most of the mold was located, so I also had to suffer in the heat every day. I have asthma and other chronic health conditions, and even after explaining this to the hotel staff, I was told they were sold out of rooms and there was nothing they could do. The microwave didn't work, there were plumbing issues daily, the shower head leaked black residue so I had to purchase a detachable shower head. There was also a heavy mold smell in the bathroom when I would turn on the fan. Roach and mold infestation with terrible customer service. There elevator didn't work either and they don't have luggage dollies. DON'T BOOK!

Sucks dont go
I was terrified every night do to.the door not fully shutting it had roaches the picture are alot nicer then the actually going to the hotel dont do it they refuse deposits even if your scared to death because there is guns all over cops every night and fighting alot and i was asked if i was in a gage and what kind it was scary i just had surgury it was loud stinky bo refunds on nights you dont stay i was out 200$ because i was never told until i signed the papers that they dont due refunds at all
