Worst ever
Horrible. Besides the people outside smoking weed and drinking. There was roaches in the room. The bathroom floor had a piece of cut carpet that was duct taped to the floor. The whole room spelled like straight funk. I would NEVER recommend this place to any ever. This place looks nothing like the pics on the app. Totally the exact opposite. We turned around, handed our key card. I told the lady how nasty it was and the roaches, she looked at me and said ok.

I booked for 2 nights but felt unsafe so only stayed 1. I went to front window next morning to turn in my key card and explained issues and situation. Gentleman said email manager and he will let him know too and I will receive a refund for second night once manager approves... It was never approved! Expedia worked with me as well trying to call, however I do not feel this hotel should be listed on here since they were unable to get in touch with property and tried multiple times, as I also did. I was hung up on every time someone answered and I mentioned refund or manager. It's sad the customer service is so bad. I would not recommend this property.

Disgusting
Extremely dirty facilities, infested with roaches. Fixtures are hanging off walls, the bath tubs are moldy and cracked. The carpets are so dirty your feet will turn brown the second you step on them. Don’t even try to call the front desk, they are “too busy” to answer and the lobby is closed for Covid still.

I killed 5 different bugs within a few minutes of arrival. I pulled back the sheet to find old blood stains. I asked for a refund, which the gentleman provided without any issue.

The front desk agent was nice but when we went around to the room the outside was nasty. People had clothes n towels hanging on the rails. Then when I went into the room the bathroom had roaches all in the tub the room smelled like mildew.the people in the room two doors down was blasting music . Still waiting on my refund

Roach motel, pay +$15 to stay elsewhere
Roaches. Big and small - on furniture and toilet. Broken tiles. Carpet lifting at corners and trash stuffed under it (at room to bathroom transition). Door with nails hanging out. Door not connected to hinges. You could see outside under room door. Mold. The staff - possibly family owned - are nice but have got to do better. So many roaches. Sadly I am unable to leave photos as app isnt uploading them. I wish I could - it was bad. They also own the travelodge in the same parking lot.

I wouldn’t put a sick dog in there they got roaches I got pics they have no water I got pics I talked to management he said ain’t nothing he could do for me I’m here for working I’m a Med aide nursing it look better than it is I think the pics are old I wouldn’t never I recommend this place to nobody
