The hotel is not in a condition to rent to anyone, it smells like marijuana, the workers at the place are not present and the surroundings of the hotel are very dirty and littered. For these reasons we could not stay there, we entered on 10/30/24 at 5:20 pm and left the same day at 5:56 pm

Worst hotel in Texas
Wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel . The pictures listed is obviously from years ago when this place first opened . Now it’s ran thru the ground with homeless ppl and prostitution. The entire hotel has a foul smell to it and the elevator doesn’t work . Lucky it was a guys trip so were prepared for any unusual behavior but this hotel shouldn’t be open at all

This location is the worst location I have ever stay, the hotel looks like abandoned hospital from the 1960 (Do not believe in the property pictures!!!) you don’t feel safe in the area, a lot of drug addicts and homeless people at the property, take note they will try to see if they can open your room door. When check in they never said my room door does not automatically closes if I leave the room, you need to use your key from the outside to lock the room door I don’t understand how this place is still open, you get what you paid for but I literally left before my reservation was over. No smoking signs everywhere but you can smell smoke and other stuff in every corner of that place. I don’t like to give bad reviews but this is necessary you won’t feel safe find another hotel

I recently stayed at OYO Townhouse Houston Airport North and had a fantastic experience! The location is convenient, just a short drive from the airport, making it perfect for travelers. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and comfortable, offering great value for the price. This Hotel had a sign that said grand opening ..while checking in we saw a roach the pool was not open.. the workout room was not open .. the elevator didn’t work .. we had to go to the front desk to be let in. Everyday as the kys didn’t work and we had no tv the first two days we were here because the tv didn’t work..the room had hair on the floors and toilet .. felt as if something kept biting us.. and the water in the shower was barely linked warm. This is the downside to being locked into a booking or booking online. I fell that since we didn’t get not one amenity that we chose this hotel for we deserve some of our money back. These photos tricked us. The guys at the front desk were cool that’s it.

Very Poor Customer Service.
Didn’t check in because there were a car with a busted window in the parking lot and no one seemed to care. Didn’t clean it up or called the police. Then lied to me about canceling my reservation. If your low class, stay here. If you feel like your anything above a one star, stay somewhere else.

We booked thru Expedia and the motel clerk said the motel was full and we could not have a room . They said they called Expedia and told them to take them off the website but they didn’t and it was not up to them to refund us our money. The motel clerk was very RUDE and mean!!! It was a husband and wife team! The motel needs to be condemned right away! Please do not stay there
