Great location with safe parking
Overall the experience was great. I reached out to the host let them know a few things were broken. The response was everything was fine before I got there. I didn’t really care I just didn’t want to get blamed. But it was a very nice apartment with secure parking. It is on the street level so you will hear the traffic at times. There’s also a fire station nearby so they will occasionally go blaring by. Regardless I enjoyed the stay!

Good Choice
This is an excellent option for a couple or single person stay. The location is convenient and close to most all downtown activities. Room was clean and mostly well maintained. I had a bit of a hiccup during my check in process. When I reached out to my host for support, he directed me to the wrong room and key initially. We were able to eventually get things figured out but this delayed my check in time and was a little frustrating on the start. There was also a small spot between the bathroom and the closet where carpet is missing and the flooring needs some repair. I cut my foot walking after a shower so be aware of that. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend to friends. Instructions are well crafted and it’s a nice property.

Very convenient stay
I was in town for a work conference at the George Brown Center and this location got the job done as far as a place to stay. The water pressure in the shower was a bit low, which I just attributed to being on the top floor and the heat wave. It’s a small space but it has everything you’d really need for a short stay. I let the host know there were some gnats/fruit flies in the apartment which were kind of annoying, but not a big deal. I appreciated that they have Netflix already set up and available for you though. The space is within walking distance of the Center and also a couple food places.

This was our first experience using Vrbo and it was great! The location was very convenient for our event at the Toyota Center. We walked to and from the game at night with kids and felt safe in the location. The unit was clean, the bed was comfy, and the host was very accommodating, organized, and helpful!

Overall nice stay
The apartment was clean and looked just like the picture. The gym was a hugeee plus as well as the clean blue pool. The owner reached out several times to make sure things were up to par and was easy to reach. In terms of being downtown there were ALOT of homeless people roaming but that’s not really something the owner can control, just something to keep in mind. But still a great location and great apartment. Would book again.

The apartment was beautiful and conveniently located within walking distance to The Toyota center. Easy check in and check out. Very responsive property manager. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. I would recommend to anyone staying in downtown Houston to look into this place.
