The staff went above and beyond for me. I had gotten sick when I was staying there and they accommodated my needs to help me recover .... the chef made me something I could eat. Dennis at the Front Desk was wonderful. Martin delivered things I needed as well as Dennis. The hotel manager, assisted in my recovery. I would highly recommend this hotel. I also loved how safe I felt staying here.

It was nice, rooms were clean. The issue was in the gym infested with bugs running all over the floor. It was disgusting and needs to be fumigated!

Out of hotels I stayed at in Houston this is one of my favorites.The staff provides excellent customer service, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel is spacious and my room was impeccably clean, which added to the overall comfort of my stay. With great amenities and a peaceful atmosphere, this hotel truly feels like a perfect retreat.
