Choose a better hotel not recommended
This was the worst Sonesta we've ever stayed at, I don't know if it's changing into the name Sonesta or if it was Sonesta, But look at the pictures this is the hotel that we went to Which was supposed to be sonesta, The breakfast was very Bad, Receptionist did not even know where Kleenex came from, So she didn't give me another one when it was empty in the room, it was empty when we got the riom, The beds were very creaky and noisy, We were locked out with both room keys for no reason, the cards were not even by our cell phones. Pool was very Small and cold, And we did not feel safe in that area very very Unhappy!!

They have bugs roaches crawling had to stay in a room with bugs crawling on my children the room has a strong smell like mold or moist had to keep ac on now my 13 year old is sick the carpet is filthy there was a lot of inappropriate traffic felt unsafe with my children

There was no sign saying it was the Sonesta Essential Houston Energy Corridor hotel. It was like it had three different hotel names. The front staff person who checked me in was not hospitable in the least bit. Breakfast was subpar. The hallways wreaked of what I could tell was weed and cleaner. Room was fine, no signage to put on door, however nothing was done to my room. No new towels or anything of the sort. I was anticipating this place to be like the Sonesta’s I’ve stayed in before. Never again.

I booked this place for 4 nights, the front desk space smelled like fish, there was no water in the whole building for 2 days I couldn’t shower or take a dump. The room smelled like dust, there was mold in the wall. Worst hotel I’ve booked in my entire life.

There was rat poop all throughout the hall ways and a used condom in my room staff where on drugs so try complaining with them and after my stay I was charged $50 more dollars and not given a deposit back never book here

I came for my daughter's wedding and on Saturday October 12,2024 when we came back from the meet and greet we saw water coming out a pipe got to our room to find out there was no water. On the day of the wedding 10-13-2024 we still had no water thank God for my Granddaughter we had to go to her apartment to get dressed we checked out on Monday instead of Tuesday worst experience

Through out my stay for 2 nights and 2 days there was no WIFI connection and running water All guests were unable to shower or use the rest room. Ridiculous! I spoke to the girl in the front reception she said there was nothing she could do. I asked for a refund she said mail a certain office which I did a week later no response or apology. Never going BACK!
