This property is exactly was they say it is!! It IS ROACH INFESTED and they know it. The photos online are not accurate. When we arrived, our rooms were dirty. We had to leave at 3am in morning due to the roach infestation!! Stay away

We had several roaches in our room. We checked out and went to the Marriott across the street. My husband actually killed a roach and took it to the desk and all he offered was to move our room. Still waiting for our refund and security deposit to to returned. Stay away from this place. It smells like mildew, and we also saw a roach on the upstairs banister. He front desk clerk came out of the room we left with roach spray to spray the room, that only makes it worse. I cried when we saw them roaches. STAY AWAY, PLEASE!!!!

Staff was courteous and did their best but the hotel needs major updates and maintenance. The breakfast area was not available for some reason. So the “breakfast included” statement needs to be revised on the amenities list. I had to move to 3 different rooms because the A/C was running warm and the toilet kept running in the first one and the TV didn’t work in two of them. Finally, the third room A/C was cold and the TV powered on but it had a 15” dark band running horizontally through the entire screen effectively making it useless. The bathroom was not “guest ready”. I had to go back down to the front desk for toilet paper. Overall, a pretty miserable experience. The upside was the young man who was doing his best to fix my situation was very nice and truly seemed to want to help. I give him 5 stars but the hotel only gets one!

I have been catfished. The photos are nowhere near what the facility looks. I asked to change room, two times. The first room smelled like rotten food and the next one was of paint. The rooms have no ventilation whatsoever and just feels dirty. I ended up taking the loss paid for the night at this place and stayed across the street at Springhill Suites by Marriott.

I am from Louisiana, in the area/parish I live in there was a mandatory evacuation issued, I had to return home. This facility would not give any type on leniency and and refund the charges for the room. Not even half the price, NOTHING!! Very disappointing

The customer service was helpful and great..I was able to check in early..I stay in a Suite was okay did my own cleaning .There was no breakfast but okay if you have transportatin..Based on my observation I wont serve breakfast..The bed was king size but very uncomfortable hard..The place was quiet and safe but won't stay here again..

My trip had breakfast included. That is why I choose this place. There was never any breakfast. There was no service, even maintenance if you need some like cleaning the room for 5 days. People shouting in the lobby at 3 am. Should have gone motel6.
