Dirty loud and I felt like I was in a horror movie just the housekeeping closet slamming all night across the hall and the overnight person yelling in the phone all night sleep was impossible

Staff not real helpful and made it seem like you were bothering them. Free breakfast had things missing each morning (e.g. cereal was available but no milk, no juices most days, etc).

The room smelled musty, no housekeeping services. I stayed for a week no one came to make the bed or give me fresh towels and toiletries. The room was non smoking and I smelled smoke in the hallways.

We first got in our room with one king bed and found that the window lock does not work and that they had screwed in a little metal latch so that the window could only be opened a couple inches. Also the screen was ripped and torn as if someone was trying to get in from the outside. We then went to the front desk and she was making excuses saying that oh this a housekeeping issue and I’d have to talk to them tomorrow to see if they had noticed this. We then asked for a different room as we felt unsafe in the current one and the front desk lady said oh no we’re all booked out. But I knew she wasn’t telling the truth because when we booked the hotel a couple hours earlier their were more then 10 other rooms available. So we persisted and she said um let me look. She then moved us to a 2 queen bed room on the second floor where we discovered that the window in that room was the same. But we were on the second floor this time so we weren’t as concerned for our safety. Now days later we discover that she charged us for the upgrade in rooms even though it wasn’t our fault.

It's like the housekeeping service only did what they had to do. There was someone else's hair in the bathroom sink and there was a dirt and some other stuff around the toilet. The bed was made nicely TV works fine The windows were secure and nobody gave me any problems but there were areas that just weren't cleaned very well
