The property is nice and clean. I would stay here again. However, we chose this property based on the hot tub and pool classification. There is NO HOT TUB as stated and the pool is tiny so if these things are important to you stay somewhere else. In addition, the parking isn't convenient and is full quite often.

Good business hotel
This is a very good business hotel in Concepcion. Extremely close to the airport. Staff was very friendly and helpful, I lost my iPhone cord, and they directed me to a place that sold replacements within walking distance. The rooms were large, modern and clean. The restaurant/bar surprisingly good.

Great Hotel for the price
This hotel was great. The bed was super comfortable. The staff was very attentive. The breakfast was good. The hotel was clean. Right next to the mall for food and entertainment. The windows protect for noise. Overall a refreshing visit.
