Welcome to A Reel Good Time, a unique vacation rental offering tremendous views from the living area to the deck that encompasses the beautiful lake and mountains. Highlights include golf, restaurants on-site, tennis, and pools.

Rest easy in this gorgeous remodeled Mariners Landing condo, located in the center of the Smith Mountain Lake area. The interior was updated recently with new floors, furniture, appliances, and bedding. The new floors extend throughout the house along with completely remodeled bathrooms.

Gather around the fireplace located in the living area. The large deck is pleasant any time of year, with windows that open to enjoy the fresh air as well as sunsets. Both bedrooms offer a TV and high-end furnishings. The balcony leads off from the living area, offering breathtaking views of Smith Mountain Lake.

Head down to the sandy beach or pools for a day by the lake - there is plenty to keep you entertained with an on-site indoor pool, outdoor pools, tennis courts, restaurants on-site, a game room, and a fitness center.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Dock details: There is a dock, however guests cannot tie the boat off to the dock.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
