It is a budget hotel so it is pretty good for the price. The staff was very nice and helpful. The bed were however rock-hard. Like 0 comfortable but since we only stayed 2 nights that was okay. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Very nice and convenient hotel.
We were generally very satisfied by our three-night stay in this hotel. The price was excellent and the service from the hotel staff was great. They recommended very nice places for eating and going out and they arranged for us tours. We used the laundry service which was very efficient and cheap. The local area at the moment is not great because their is construction taking place nearby, so there is a lot of noise and dust. There was good WiFi signal in our room. We would have liked it if there was an extra chair in the room as well as a waste bin in the bedroom.

Amazing service received from hotel staff. Tran arranged airport taxi and also a driver to take us from Hue to Hoi An taking in places we requested to visit on the way, it was brilliant and we really appreciated his help.

Great hotel in the middle of Hue
Great hotel at a good value in a very convenient location. The front desk was very friendly & knowledgeable about the area. Some very good restaurants in the area too. I would stay here again.

Great service!
The owner welcomed us with drinks in the cafe downstairs. We chose an upgraded room which offered more space and looked down on the crossroad before the hotel. Really friendly and welcoming owner and staff. Good and fast laundry service. They are always checking if you’re okay and satisfied. The hotel is still recently opened so breakfast options are confined to a search in the area. We weren’t able to find really great options so when they start their own breakfast options, make sure you book them in combination with your room. We were stupid enough to leave our passports in the safe of our room at our previous hotel. The staff instantly picked up the phone and arranged that someone get our documents safely back to us within a day. They even sent one of their own drivers to do so. As a service!!! That’s amazing and really worth mentioning why I recommend this top service accomodation. If you want to feel taken care of by a trusted staff, this place is definitely your place to go in Hue.
