DO NOT BOOK THIS!
I gave this place the benefit of the doubt after reading the previous 1 star review that they cancel on your reservation moments before you want to check in. This was the exact same situation as the previous reviewer - due to damage to the property there were unable to accommodate. Leaves you stranded to book something else last min. Worst thing is they message you via WhatsApp for full refund but does not communicate with Hotels.com to authorise this. You will be left with having to deal with back and forth chasing - horrendous. It’s a disgrace and clearly a scam.

Booked in, headed to the property only to find no reception and no response to the only phone number recorded.
Hours later after I had to organise other accommodation, they responded asking if I could send over my booking information so they could look into it, to which they never responded.

Poor customer service
Arriving to check in to have to try and contact someone via watsapp only to be given a silly excuse as to why they didnt have a room ,apparently previous guests had damaged the property is check out not 11am this should have been noted before 7pm . . The inconvenience of having to find alternative place to stay and still waiting for a refund .sorry not acceptable
