Characterful Victorian 3 bed, 2 bath semi detached cottage in the town of Hunstanton, Norfolk. Although very close to all amenities the cottage is in a peaceful part of the town. There is on road parking and a car park opposite the property, which has electric charging points at an extra cost. The property has been sympathetically renovated to maintain some lovely original features, but with a modern twist, with FREE WIFI.
There is a lounge, separate dining room, leading through to a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, double oven and separate fridge freezer. There is a highchair, travel cot (bed linen not included) and stair gate available for families with younger children. The bedrooms are situated over 2 floors, a king with ensuite, twin with separate bathroom on the 1st floor. The 3rd bedroom is also a king with a partial sea view (Bed linen and towels included). We just ask that you bring beach towels as these are not included.
There is a small garden to the front of the property. The rear of the property has a yard with dining table and chairs. It also has an outside store that could be used to store equipment such as bicycles. There is a range of beach equipment for your use. There is a warm outside shower hose to help wash down those sandy feet and or paws after a day on the beach!. The property is just a 150 metres to Hunstanton beach and a 15 minute walk to Old Hunstanton beach, with its sweeping golden sands and amazing sunsets.
The town of Hunstanton is a Victorian seaside town which has many restaurants from take away fish and chips to a well renowned Michelin star restaurant. We do advise booking to avoid disappointment but many will still try and accommodate walk ins.
There are many activities for all ages come rain or shine including water sports, theatre, golf, fairground, swimming pool with flumes, Sealife centre, leisure facilities, art/craft centres, cycling. Hunstanton is a great base to explore North Norfolk with easy access to Sandringham, RSPB sites, Holkham, Brancaster, Burnham Market, Holme next to the sea, Tichwell, Thornham all being a short drive, coastal walk or bus route away. You should see the sunsets!
