Theu messed up the room, there was no hot water, a mirror almost broke my boyfriends hand, and the executive suite was no different than a regular king suite. I paid extra for NOTHING.

I did not like how they charged us $10 for parking it’s ridiculous and they had a lot of room in the parking lot. I also thought the front desk attendant was supposed to be more customer service friendly and she was not. Stay was nice. They need improvement on there customer service solutions.

Really nice place a little dated but was clean. They really need to rethink the colors in the stairway and balcony floor. Why too dark.

The hotel was nice but the pool was dirty so we didn’t get to swim during our stay but over all our experience was good. Thanks for the complimentary champagne!
