The parking is too dark, my car and 2 other SUV’s were knocked out the glass door in the same night; the thief took all my jackets, sun glasses, car accessories. I couldn’t sleep well after that incident. Also the room I got, it didn’t have microwave and refrigerator. I thought I got a good deal thru Expedia

When I got there, there had been three cars broken into. And then the next night, they were either vandalized or robbed. The front desk person told me to park in their garage because it’s safer than the open parking. And, the cameras are better in the parking garage. Great water, pressure and fast elevators however. The hallways are pretty beat up from baggage carts and wear and tear. Time for updating finishes.

I was expecting something really nice based off the pictures expedia has but once I went in person I felt like I arrived at the wrong hotel. The parking was easy and lots of spots available close by so that was nice. Other than that, the hotel inside has no personality whatsoever. The furniture was generic and simple. The lobby didnt have flowers, wall decor, or frames. Just all grey furniture. The room had dents and chipped on every corner and all over the wall. The chain on the door was a bit creepy and outdated. The sink didn't have a stopper so I can smell the pipes and I couldn’t even wash my face in peace. The room had a random headboard in the middle of the wall. No decorations or any frames in the room either. The TV was very small. It was clean, ill give em that. But for having a rating of 8.0, I felt played once I arrived and seen how below average everything was.

My wife and i have been coming here for a while, recently the owner has been passive aggressive with us constantly saying there’s only 1 car per stay. if the owner likes you, you get one of the “good” rooms. the last time we stayed she gave us a unclean room with a broken tv and broken remote, i was told to get up and use the buttons on the tv if i wanted to use it. when you try to tell her any problems she tells you not to come back or book online, we’ve spent a lot of money and to get this type of service is insane. SAVE YOUR MONEY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

It is nicely appointed and was very safe. My only comment is that I found the bathroom to be somewhat outdated in comparison. It just was noticeable. Otherwise, the room was lovely as was the lobby and hallways.
