Dublin Park is less than a mile away for those who want to spend some time in nature, and the popular Rainbow Mountain Hiking trails are just under 5 miles away!
The U.S. Space and Rocket Center is only 5.5 miles away, Cummings Research Park is 3.3 miles away, and with easy access to the highway. We hope to host you!

The Space:
Our four-bedroom, two-bathroom home has beautiful updates throughout and provides the ideal setting for a "home away from home" with family and friends.

Our large covered front porch welcomes you to our home! The fully stocked kitchen has stainless steel appliances and offers an attached dining room with an ample table seating up to 6 comfortably. Kids will love the additional countertop dining complete with bar stools.

Our comfy living room has a small flight of stairs leading down, and offers plenty of cozy seating options for the whole family! With two sleeper-sofas and a large flat-screen TV complete with Roku, it's sure to be your favorite spot in the house!

The master suite has a king-size bed, and the ensuite bath has double sinks and a walk-in shower. Bedroom #2 and #3 both have queen-sized beds, and bedroom #4 is perfect for the kids with a twin over twin bunk bed. Another full bathroom with a tub/shower combo as well as a laundry room rounds out the interior of our cozy home!

Enjoy the fully fenced backyard with a grill and fire pit this fall! We look forward to hosting you!

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire home and yard. In the front of the home you will find room for single car parking. There is additional parking on side of the house by back door.

The Neighborhood:
Sitting on a corner lot in an established neighborhood you can enjoy mature trees and a family friendly vibe. Close to shopping, parks and very easy commute to Research Park/RSA.

Getting Around:
We recommend driving as this is a residential area, but Uber and Lyft are available in the area.

Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
