Just a little too noisy and the staff members are ery unprofessional, no logs book on housekeeping, almost git into an altercation with them for accusing me on steeling hotels supplies while another came behind and said no its our fault, i wanted to call the police on them alleging discriminate but i just let it go this time, next time they will get it if they dont change their attitude, no one should feel unsecured when they're spending their money to stay at any hotels

Excellent place to stay during a road trip. Myself and family loves it, definitely coming back. Front desk lady was very polite. I had a question and before I even ask she welcomes me and briefly explain what this place offers to their customers. I’ll rate 10/10 but this app only let me rate 5 stars 😅

The “breakfast” was terrible and old. They also make me pay a $100 deposit even tho I booked and paid for the room on Expedia. Then when I came to check out the guy running the desk checked me out then said “thank you you are good to go”.. I waited and looked at him and said where is my deposit he said “oh yea I forgot haha”

Room was clean and comfortable, staff was helpful and courteous. The maintenance was deficient, Bedside lamp out, flexible reading lights out. Bathroom door did not close properly, refrigerator missing a support foot, usb port on desk lamp out, etc.

No elevator, so if you don’t do stairs they charge you extra to stay on the bottom floor. The light just seeps all around the door. The bed was ok and the room was clean. If you don’t mind light pouring in then you’re fine.
