服務非常完善，無論是從住宿前熱心詢問各項需求（機場接送及行程安排等），還是房間內給予的各種設備（洗衣物料、曬後使用的蘆薈露等），以及抵達民宿後的點心接待、各項行程及伴手禮諮詢等，都能感覺到旅館對於客人的用心及熱誠。唯一美中不足的是，也許是因為民宿位於海岸旁，浴廁有些潮濕悶熱的味道，雖然並不影響到使用情況，但可以作為改善的優先考量。 但整體而言，這次住宿的體驗依然非常滿意，如果有機會去澎湖，會想要再回訪此處。
