Perfectly located - less than 5 minute walk to Main Street. Staff was extremely friendly and professional. Room was very clean. Breakfast buffet offering is solid - toast, yogurt, cereal, fruit, pastries. Convenient parking on site. Overall we would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

The hospitality was exceptional. The front desk had one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. He even wrote a map to guide us around the cape. It was very helpful, great food recommendations as well. The rooms were clean. Honestly one of the better stays I’ve had anywhere. Will definitely come back

Where do I start? This place is noisy 24/7. Breakfast is minimal. Coffee, juice and bread. No safety bars in the bathtub. Toilet paper roll is across the room from the toilet. Doesn't matter that you have the 'Do not disturb' sign on your door, housekeeping just walks in. This used to be a pretty good option for the cape. We've stayed there many times. Never again. Please save yourself aggravation. Book elsewhere. America's Best is a great choice.

I feel like the desk clerks went out of our way to help us find our way around town and to various destinations. It was very convenient to be able to get our Ferry tickets at the Hotel in advance of our trip to Nantucket. Staff was very friendly and seemed to take a genuine interest in whether we had a good time or not.

Check in was fast, friendly, and so easy! I grabbed a meal to go from across the street and came back looking for a drink and rather than telling me where it was, they had me pay at the desk and he went to go grab me one that was nice and cold. Really happy with my choice to stay here!

Great location for Hy-Line ferry, this one has free breakfast, swimming pool. Only thing the bed is out dated and bed sheets are old, need to change those. The TV was bad and internet was slow. The maid lost my own wash cloth that I brought from home, carelessly….

The bed was comfy and no bed bugs. Great black out curtain. My roomie and I both slept like logs. The only downside to the room is the toilet and toilet paper holder. We had to take the paper out of the holder because we couldn’t reach the paper on the other side of the bathroom. The toilet was also very small and short and took many flushes to get it to work. If there was no counter next to it to help propel me up, I don’t think I would be able to stand up easily. Im tall, but my roomie is 5’2 and she thought the toilet was also unusually low to ground.

Close to shops and wharf area for ferrys, easy walk. Rooms very tired looking and felt slightly unsafe with random people walking through carpark area and corridors to rooms open. Plus wifi was very slow and kept cutting out.
