Nice clean property close to airport. Confusing to get into property lobby. Staff will allow a grace period for parking lot while settling in. Staff is super helpful and nice. Nice room with views. Tub plug was broken.

It was fantastic in most aspects. However, when we used the hair dryer, the room experienced a blackout. Fortunately, the staff resolved the issue immediately. Unfortunately, I had to deal with the inconvenience of packing everything with my two kids after midnight.

We needed a 3:00am airport shuttle and chose this hotel because of that. The delicious food and lovely server at the restaurant and friendly staff at the front desk were added bonuses! Our room/suite was amazing and even though our sleep was very short, it was extremely comfortable! Will definitely choose this hotel again!

It was fine. The rooms are actually really nice. They’re large and clean, comfortable bed, kitchen. We could hear the airplanes which we were naive about that. When you enter the hotel, loud music is blaring and it’s a bit overwhelming. The check in person was status quo. Not very engaging but friendly. Fine for one night.

It was a little chaotic trying to find the entrance of the hotel from the parking structure. Also, the front desk was trying to charge for pets even though there were families evacuating from the LA fires. Shame!

The hotel was clean, room was nice and comfortable, but the shuttle service (lack of) really messed up our experience. They say the shuttle runs every 20 to 30 min.. We waited at the airport for 1.5hrs with heavy bags, after a 6 hr flight, and had to call 3 times for the shuttle. In 1.5hrs, the shuttle rolled by once and didnt even bother to stop by tbe shuttle signs, despite us waiving. That was very frustrating. The next morning we had to catch an early flight, and they said the shuttle was 10 to 15 min away, so we just caught an Uber.. $40 that we felt we shouldn't have had to pay. Mind you, the airport is like less than 10 min away, and not as many ppl staying at Hyatt House as other hotels. If getting back and forth to the airport in a timely manner is important, Hyatt Regency had a shuttle coming like every 5 min. The shuttle thing really messed the experience up for me.

We are stuck in the elevator, and it's extremely frustrating. While we understand that early check-in requires an additional fee, being trapped in the elevator is truly unacceptable!

Excellent hotel close to airport. Shuttle was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food in restaurant was excellent. Would recommend. Only complaint was shower did not get as hot as we would have liked.
