My only complaint, the airport driver drops us off at AA terminal 5, he knew that was our terminal was AA 4. everyone else on the shuttle was for AA 5.Told this was the drop off for both. We ended up having to walk outside and back to AA 4. Not good.

People not very friendly not a smile between the lot of them made us sit in lobby for our rooms for five hours and still by 1630 got our rooms no sympathy even we had 4 little ones not even a cup of coffee

Great hotel for early or late LAX flights.
Great location for LAX with handy shuttle bus service. Recently refurbished hotel public spaces and rooms. Includes a ok rather than spectacular breakfast in room rates.
