I had a wonderful stay at New Hotel Sohail in Hyderabad! The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a great place to relax. What truly made my experience exceptional was the staff—every single person I interacted with was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality really stood out and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hyderabad. Great service, and a great overall experience! Many thanks to Swami for going out of way to do his duty. Also thanks to Mr. Syed, Mr. Adnan,Ms Geeta and Mr.Ali for their superb service at the reception desk.

The hotel and Hotels.com Complete Failures

Disgusting this hotel should never have been on Hotels.com. The safe was a wood box, the balcony door to the unit was broken and the lock to the main door was not how a hotel door lock should be. Was assured would receive breakfast for fasting timings prior to booking this was refused on sight. Aside from the hotel I immediately requested the cancellation of the booking and was assured by a hotels.com agent I would receive said refund. They never followed up nor helped in anyway. I realize Hotels.com where I have spent over 30k this year is not a reliable site to ensure you are taken care of when something goes wrong. Won’t use them again
