This characteristic and comfortably furnished vacation home in IJzendijke is an excellent place for a nice vacation in the province of Zeeland due to its location near the inviting sandy beaches in Cadzand and Breskens. In addition, the bustling cities of Ghent and Bruges are within easy reach of this vacation home. And when it gets a little colder, everyone will enjoy themselves in the activity room with billiards, yakkolo and table soccer. The vacation home has a cozy living room with a dining room next to it. These rooms can be separated with a sliding door. On the first floor there is also a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a separate toilet. On the second floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with spacious shower, toilet and sink. A stair gate is available. The activity room is unheated and accessible via the stairs in the first floor bedroom. Take your pet with you on vacation, the terrace is fully fenced.

Schönes Feriendomizil
Grundsätzlich gut ausgestattetes und gut gelegenes Häuschen. Der Spielplatz um die Ecke, aber auch der eingezäunte Hof waren für die Kinder und den Hund ein zusätzlicher Spielbereich. Auch der Dachboden in Anbau ist ein wirkliches Spieleparadies. Allerdings zu dieser Jahreszeit (Herbst) schon sehr kalt, da keine Heizung. Gilt auch für das 2. Schlafzimmer dort. Lediglich ein Heizlüfter wärmt etwas. Im Wohnzimmer finden 4 Personen gut Platz. Der Kamin war nicht zu nutzen. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, das Kinderzimmer liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit

Leider nicht zu empfehlen
Leider ist dieses ( eigentlich sehr schöne doch sehr in die Jahre gekommene) Ferienhaus nicht zu empfehlen, da es an einigen Stellen doch sehr stark renovierungsbedürftig ist. So sind einige Fenster zum Lüften gar nicht oder nur mit körperlicher Einwirkung zu öffnen. In anderen Bereichen, zum Beispiel dem Anbau in der Scheune) kann man gar nicht lüften. Es riecht dort muffig und es gibt Spuren von Feuchtigkeit in den Wänden. Oben im Spielraum der ausgebauten Scheune tropft es durch das Dach ins Innere. Überall an den Wänden sieht man Risse und Spuren, die auf Wasserschäden hinweisen. Leider war es auch nicht sehr sauber. Die Matratzenschoner waren fleckig und leider nicht sauber. Die Dunstabzugshaube hat leider nicht funktioniert und der Innenhof ist ziemlich ungepflegt. Es war sicherlich mal ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus, aber leider fehlt es an Investition und Pflege, wir sind früher angereist. Sowas ist uns bislang noch nicht passiert. Wirklich sehr schade!

Liebevoll hergerichtetes Haus
Ungewöhnliches Haus mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Anbau in alter Scheune toll hergerichtet mit vielen Spielmöglichkeiten, leider riecht es dort muffig und man kann nicht durchlüften. Keine Moskitonetze, die wir aber dringend gebraucht hätten. Schöne Deko. Sofa: naja. Tolle Lage: Zu div. Stränden nur 15 Min. mit dem Auto, Gent nur 30 Min. Ijzendijke ist eine wirklich schöne, kleine Stadt. Plus-Markt direkt im Ort, 500 Meter entfernt.

Es war eine schöne Woche
Schönes Ambiente. Leider lagen in einer Kommode Kleider vom Vorgänger und der wunderbare Backofen war nicht sauber. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und abends lange am Esstisch gesessen und gespielt.
