The pool looked beautiful, but was freezing cold & the area around the pool was in no way relaxing or enjoyable. Groups of 'chavs' playing conflicting 'music' at high volumes, no sunbeds available, and the service at the pool bar was non existent. The indoor pool in the spa was also freezing cold, so couldn't be used. Massages were given in what can only be described as a conference room, not in any way relaxing. The service in the main hotel restaurant / bar was quite possibly the worst I've experienced. Drinks & food were ordered over & over, that never turned up at all. We tried to arrange a bottle of champagne to celebrate a special occasion, we were told it was coming, but at no point over the 1 hour we were there & despite reminders, this never turned up either. So incredibly disappointing. You can hear every single step that your next door neighbours make and even worse, their night time toilet trips, on top of that room doors slamming all night long! Truly appalling! Tea & coffee facilities are apparently not meant to be replenished during your stay, so if you use anything, you will not have them replaced, even if requested. This hotel is not worth the money we paid for it. There is no way that I will return, even if for free.

Whilst an apology will regrettably not alter the outcome of your experience, I do extend it with all sincerity. We would like to have been able to help you during your stay because, for example, we always find a free hammock in the pool for our guests and we do everything possible for their total comfort. Regarding the massages: I do not understand how was your experience about the aforementioned "conference room", our therapists offer their services outdoors and in front of the sea. It is a real pity that you could not enjoy this amazing experience. Please rest assured that we will investigate these issues thoroughly. Good location, very nice pool. Prices quite high in the pool bar. Connection to Ibiza Town by boat only 2 minutes walk

Perfect hotel

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Not a lot it's great this is the second time we have been back
Location: Everything is great
This hotel is in the best area on the coast no noise great place if you want to get a ferry to another island and if you want to party is 10 min away

lovely hotel

Cons: Food facilities and staff plus the location
Location: Plenty to do by taking the ferry to old town Ibiza and also to Formenterea plus local buses
Have just had a lovely week staying here and I can't find a fault with it ,staff were friendly rooms are very comfortable with plenty of space.we found the hotel welcoming from the time we arrived until our holiday ended.facilities were good i.e. Gym sauna and pool.Restaurant food we found was plenty and a wide choice ,we will definitely be returning.

Nice hotel in the centre of things

Pros: Very nice liked it a lot
Cons: the wifi in the rooms
Location: Great but you need a car or bike to go to town
Nice hotel only problem the Wifi in the room was terrible

Just what you would expect - great!

Really pleased with this hotel for our recent trip to Ibiza. Whilst it is located a little further than the main strip in Playa D'enbossa (although still walkable if you can't get a cab!), it is actually quite nice to get away from all the mayhem. It's also more upmarket than most of the hotels your average Ibiza clubber would stay at, which means it actually makes for a very relaxing and serene place to stay. Rooms are comfortable, staff are lovely and facilities are great - everything you would expect from a 4* hotel. Not the lap of luxury but just right!
