We mistakenly thought we were checking in to hotel where registrar desk was. However we were told our room was in the rundown motel next door. Room was filthy. We went to nearby Walmart, bought Clorox wipes and cleaned it the best we could. But floors still had debris, and shower didn’t drain well.

Read the reviews after booking before arriving in 2 hours. Reviews were correct. Dirty. Window sills full of bugs and spider webs. Floor absolutely filthy. How do I know that? Cleaned a path with a wet hand towel to have a path to the restroom and it was “black”! Corporate office cut cleaning staff to nothing recently, they cannot keep up with number of rooms. Shame on corporate for not caring about an important thing like cleanliness only turnover.

Room was dirty. I only got for one night took my own blankets and cleaned the room with Clorox as it seems they don’t even clean it. Only thing perfect about this was it was walking distance to Idaho falls.

The hotel is going through a remodel of Lobby. You had to check in to the hotel next door. The room is nothing to write home about. the bathroom was not to my likeness but for the price is was good to go.

Someone walking outside at 4:30 in the morning rolling their luggage down the concrete sidewalk. I suppose thats not the properties fault. The room seemed somewhat clean but it was old with water damage and other internal issues that should be maintained.
