I rented out the property for 2 months. Location is nice. House is built by the edge of a river and the view from inside is very nice and calming. Shops are a walking distance from the house and also a very nice park with a small lake is located literally 2 minutes away. Never met the owner, all instructions how to check in and access codes and all were given via text message. Only issue I had was that the owner accused me of Mold growth on walls. Something which unfortunately is out of my control. As I said before, the property is located on the edge of river, humidity is high and temperatures are very cold which are all contributing factors to mold growth. Other than that no issues.

Sehr schöne Wohnung die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Wir waren fast 6 Wochen dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einkaufen, Restaurants alles in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Ruim appartement
Ruim en schoon appartement aan de rand van Idar Oberstein. Ondanks dat het aan een doorgaande weg ligt, heb je daar niet veel last van. Prima uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te verkennen. Ik miste alleen een informatie map met nuttige info over afval, belangrijke telefoonnummers, toeristische bezienswaardigheden etc.
