This large family home is set in one of the most prominent positions in Ilfracombe, overlooking the towns harbour with sea views as far as the eye can sea. There is a small sandy beach at the harbour which can be accessed on low tide and is perfect for small children and adults to play and relax. The town and all it’s amenities is only a few minutes walk, there are shops, pubs, restaurants, amusement arcades, gift shops and much much more on offer. The property has been recently refurbished and is laid over three floors, with the master bedroom with en-suite, a further super king with en-suite and another King size room and family bathroom are on the second floor. Two bedrooms and a snug room are on the middle floor and the lounge, dining and open plan kitchen occupy the ground floor. Amazing sea views can be enjoyed from all front facing windows, and guests can enjoy an alfresco meal or glass of wine from the front terraced area. Surfing beaches at Woolacombe, Croyde and Putsborough are all within a scenic drive, and for the keen walkers, beautiful rugged walks on Exmoor National Park can be accessed within 15minutes drive.

Size:  Sleeps 10 in 5 bedrooms. Beds:  3 x Super Kingsize bedrooms, 1 x King and 1 x Twin Rooms:  Ground Floor - Kitchen, dining room, sitting room, ground floor WC. First floor – Two bedrooms and snug room, cloakroom with WC and handbasin. Second Floor – Three double rooms, 2 en-suite’s and family bathroom. Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Kitchen & Utilities:  Open plan kitchen leading to utility area with dishwasher, microwave and Belfast sink. Large kitchen island with prep sink and seating, Rangemaster cooker with double oven and five ring hob. Nespresso coffee machine. Entertainment:  Smart TV's. XBOX console Outside: Front terrace with railings , seating for 10 and Gas BBQ. Decking out the back with lovely views of Ilfracombe Harbour Parking: Weekly parking permits can be bought via the Ringo App for Cove Car Park, Marine Drive, Larkstone or Ropery Road car parks. To offload you can drive to the top of Quayfield Road, walk 15 metres then carry your bags up the stairs. Then you have to reverse out, you can get close to the steps, but not directly outside.  General:  WiFi Provided. Gas and Electricity included in the rent. Bed linen and towels provided (Please bring your own beach towels). No Smoking. Travel cot, stairgate and highchair provided.

Outstanding property
This really is an outstanding property. It has been beautifully refurbished to a very high standard with stunning views over the harbour. Very well equipped modern kitchen. While we were not so keen on Ilfracombe as a town, this villa served as an excellent base to explore North Devon. It has lovely large rooms, each with the same view of the harbour. Watching the tides becomes quite addictive. Recommend getting the North Devon Rover Parking pass which permits parking in Cove Car Park just beneath the house and many other car parks around Devon.

Beautiful location in well decorated and comfortable house
Really great central location overlooking the harbour. Views are tremendous and beach right in front of the house was ideal for dog walks and early morning swim for the brave. Parking can be a bit of a challenge and adds to the cost but in the overall scheme of things it is minor (recommend using the Ringo PArking App). Would love to return sometime to the property and location. House is perfect for a holiday away.
