Tudo de bom.
Acomodação excelente e super próxima do centrinho. Quarto amplo, limpo, com banheira enorme de imersão, sacada, rede e vista para o jardim. A suíte Lottus não tem tv. Atendimento maravilhoso e o café da manhã servido à mesa é uma experiência à parte.

Pousada com ótimo potencial, necessita de ajustes
Estivemos 5 dias na Shiva. O quarto é excelente assim como o café da manhã. No entanto , ficamos incomodados de após as 15 hs e a noite, não ter nenhum funcionário na pousada. Alguns hóspedes abusam da liberdade e pequenos problemas levam mais tempo para solucionar. O dono da pousada está disponível pelo WhatsApp, mas, não é o mesmo tempo de resposta de estar presencial . Outro ponto fraco é que não tem áreas comuns cobertas , ruim para dias de chuva. O balanço foi positivo, mas, estes detalhes incomodaram para quem reservou uma pousada e não um apartamento.

O hotel é lindo, uma energia incrível! A acomodação Ganesh é linda, super aconchegante, com uma vista linda e limpeza impecável! Escolhemos o pacote romântico deixando ainda mais especial nossa estadia! Café da manhã vegetariano com ótimas opções e delicioso, tudo muito fresco e preparado na hora, omelete e toast! Um ponto muito positivo que não tinhamos noção, é a localização, fica 1,5km do Rosa Sul e Rosa Norte, da pra ir de carro ou a pé ( para quem gosta de caminhar) e o hotel fica ao lado do centrinho da praia do Rosa, fizemos tudo a pé pois para estacionar o carro na região é cobrado ou não pode. Na praia tem estacionament gratuito. O anfitrião muito atencioso e receptivo, com certeza iremos voltar a praia do Rosa e nos hospedar no Shiva hotel!

Aconchegante, silencioso e reservado.
A pousada é aconchegante e bem localizada, fomos atendidos pelo Sérgio que se esforçou continuamente para oferecer-nos a melhor experiência. Infelizmente, logo no check-in a pousada enfrentava problemas com a reposição de enxoval e arrumação dos quartos, o que atrasou em duas horas a entrada na unidade. Bom café da manhã elaborado pela chef. Voltaremos
