The Space:
Welcome to Kimm's Retreat, a private studio apartment in the heart of historic Kimmswick - a very walkable and quiet boutique river town.
Located one block from LaChance Winery, this town boasts many shops, restaurants and amenities you won't find anywhere else in St. Louis. This cozy and private studio offers a private entrance, a few steps from the parking area. When you enter, you're greeted by a cute kitchen with a stainless appliances and a butcher block counter top. It is stocked with all of the basic spices and cooking supplies needed to get you started.
The dining area has seating for two at an expandable country table. The bedroom area features a comfortable queen-sized bed with Casper luxury mattress. A 40" LED Fire TV is mounted on the wall directly across from the bed. Hold all of your clothes and items in the large walk-in closet. The bathroom is bright and features a walk-in, full sized shower.
There is a free laundry room on the premises with two washers and dryers and a utility sink that the unit shares with two other studios. You'll be very comfortable staying in this studio - it's just enough to suit your needs!ect blend of comfort, convenience, and entertainment in the heart of Downtown Kimmswick!

Quiet Hours- 10pm-7am
We partner with SUPERHOG for our guest screening process. The SUPERHOG application must be completed by the primary guest listed on the reservation, and the background check must be finalized within 48 hours of booking confirmation, in compliance with State and City regulations. Please note, your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements are fulfilled.
Once confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement that outlines the terms of the stay, which includes agreeing to the following:
-Abide by our rental terms and conditions.
-Provide a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before check-in.
-Pay a non-refundable $50 damage waiver through SUPERHOG.
