The West Tower seemed new. Very spacious and private curved glass and stone with quiet inlets to the check-in area and a separate one for the elevator bank. Very clean room and relaxing to rest from our 13 hour flight and start getting used to the time change. We could see the airport but did not hear any noise. As the morning fog burned off I could see aircraft landing and taking off in the distance as they were operating from the other end of the runways. To my left I could see where the coastline was. Not much going on around the hotel but we liked the quiet as we were starting our visit to much busier parts of Korea in Seoul and elsewhere.

Excellent location. Walking distance from the Incheon Airport. Shuttle every 30 min. Long distance to walk between the towers ( the two buildings) with initially somewhat confusing layout and connection. Very expensive buffet dinner but offers great choices and unlimited house wine. Spacious rooms nicely appointed. In room coffee/ tea station, fridge and minibar. Imprecise explanations to questions but overall staff quite pleasant.

The hotel was exactly what my family needed. There were 6 of us total (3 adults and 3 kids; 10, 12, and 16). Were booked 3 rooms with double beds. We booked specifically to stay close to the airport, the convenience of airport shuttle services and the pool. We also wanted the flexibility to have onsite food options. The hotel is massive and split between east and west towers. The airport shuttle and reception desk is located in the west tower so for those who want less of a walk I’d recommend booking a room in the west tower. Pool was nice, towels and swimming caps were available at the pool reception desk near the pools. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.
