I always stay in this hotel during my Incheon business trip. A lot of restaurants and stores nearby. Easy access to subway. Near to Hyundai outlet. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful I have special emergency case and need to cancel remaining nights and early check out at early morning.

Great stay!!
The hotel area was nice and had many restaurants and cafes nearby that were within walking distance. There were attractions that you could walk such as central park and the tourism center were close by. The hotel staff were very kind and our room was clean and the view was nice. We will definately be returning to this hotel!

Disappointing service. Went to the rooftop bar/restaurant with our 3 children. Ordered and waited almost an hour and still no meals. Had ordered fish and chips and fries so not that hard to cook! Attendant was not apologetic, simply brushed off and asked us to wait. Ended up leaving, no dinner. Rooms are ok, but the bathroom doors aee apring loaded and noisely crash closed every time. Area around the hotel is pretty dirty, a few dining options but nothing special. Will stay somewhere different next time.
