A “self help” property. Won’t even set up a shut the airport. The onus is on the customer to do everything. No TV. No electrical connections that work. Horrible surroundings; no businesses to buy convenience items or go to dinner

They need to update the website. Bus 306 will not pick up passengers with luggage. Also, it would be nice if they had more frequent transportation to airport during the day, when airlines are busy

Room is really spacious but temperature is too high and I don’t think you can adjust it. There’s nothing else around the hotel but they do have a restaurant. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

There is a shuttle bus to and from airport. But the location for pickup from airport was not clearly communicated. We missed it and finally took a taxi .

Clean, new, comfort bed and pillow. Close to airport but if you do not have a car, you have to use shuttle bus( as time schedule) or use a taxi which cost around 20000 won
