Manager on site was very helpful. He always made an effort to make our stay pleasant. The shuttle to and from the hotel was an added benefit. The rooms were dated and the condensation of the air conditioner in our room would drain the water into the bathroom which would create a puddle in the bathroom.

Very close transportation to Incheon airport and there were lots of restaurants to choose from when we walked around the surrounding areas of the hotel looking for food!

First time in SK and we needed somewhere in Incheon. Wary travellers with two kids in tow (1 in a wheelchair), the shuttle bus was a godsend. We were abit confused on pick up location - wait at the BUS line opposite gate 14c TERMINAL 1 if you’re headed out that way. We got confused. The room was great for a quick and easy transit option! Across the road from a massive station which got us to Seoul. Highly recommend!

The staff are friendly and efficient especially in accommodating my need for shuttle van sevice that really makes myarrival and the early departure very convenient. The location is also very good since its very close to Unseo train station. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends who will come and visit Seoul.

The place was very convenient. It's across the train station, next to starbucks and nearby restaurants. The only complaint I have was that they dont clean the room but one of the front desk personnel was really nice. The first bedroom we were at had bad water stains on the ceiling and he transferred us to another bigger room. Then again the cleaning lady did not give us enough towels for 4 people. She only gave 2 and she told us she did not have any available towels.

The main complaint about the hotel is that it's sound proof of rooms is not that good. I can hear people talking outside of my room, neighbour's toilet flush or shower sound etc. The staff is a bit impatient when I tried to call for shuttle pickup. But eventually get onto the shuttle to hotel. Overall will rate it 3.

I had a bad experience and I regret booking this hotel. My flight had a connecting flight in Korea because my infant child and I decided to relax and look for a good hotel, but were disappointed. My mother-in-law, my sister and daughter were flying with me, but they were all not allowed out of the airport because of the passport regime. but I already booked this hotel for 4 people, not knowing that they wouldn’t let them all in with me. Firstly, they do not have a phone number on Google when you need to make a reservation on bus shuttle . Secondly, when we were checking into the hotel, I asked the manager who was at the reception: I hope you won’t charge my credit card for four people, because I came alone with a child. He said with a grin, smiling sarcastically, what's done is done, he's not going to change anything.тhirdly, it is impossible to sleep on their bed, uncomfortable on the mattress and simple. I couldn't sleep or rest, I woke up exhausted and sleep deprived.……………..

Airport shuttle driver arrived on time and the ride was pleasant. The room was dimly lit, the shower had difficulty containing water inside the shower and spilled into the bathroom. Hotel rooms need renovation. Convenient walking distance to Olive Young, Daiso, Lotte Mart and train station.

Phone service was so-so, but the in-person service was fantastic. Very kind staff, convenient shuttle and clean rooms. I can see that some people not used to Korean bathrooms would be surprised, but wetrooms are very common here! I was very pleased with the room and service for the price!
