Our second time staying. Great location! We even got to see the rocket launch while staying. Family friendly. The only complaint I would have is that the bedroom blinds need a curtain as well to block some sound and light out and the inside curtain for the sitting area could be a bit thicker to block light there as well. Id recommend this resort to anyone and will definitely come back and stay again!

The only issue is the quality of internet service and cell service on the oceanside part of the suite. We travel with our portable office and both of these are essential for us to stay. If this isn't of importance to you I highly recommend staying here. The service is perfectly fine in the interior of the room.

A small quiet condo hotel on the beach. I had a spacious ocean front suite with a beautiful view. It rained the entire time I was there, so I did not get out on the beach, but did swim in the pool, which was heated and spotlessly clean. The unit had very comfortable seating, and a king sized bed. Kitchen had everything needed for preparing simple meals. Just a few minutes drive from downtown Melbourne for shops and restaurants, so if bad weather keeps you off the beach you can still find plenty to do.

Everything was very well maintained, the rooms were comfortable and nicely decorated. The patio and sitting areas were comfortable. The chairs and umbrella were nice to find. The stay was very pleasant without any problems.

Lovely ocean view from second story room balcony. Quiet neighborhood and the beach is just a few steps from the room. The beach was not crowded at all! If I go back to Mel beach, I’ll stay here again!

The property is older but well maintained. The peaceful location and oceanfront units are relaxing and quiet. The room was very clean especially the washroom. The very negative side is the beds. Both the sofabed and king bed were very dated and uncomfortable. The air con was loud and you cant lower past 72F.

Fabulous Property
This is a wonderful property!! Perfectly located, not far from restaurants, but not too close to be in the congested part of town.. on an almost isolated part of the beach. The room was spacious and immaculately clean. They even provided beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella if you'd like. The pool area and property were also very clean. The staff were all very helpful and welcoming. I wished i was able to stay longer than one night. I will definitely stay here again next time I am in town.
